An X1.9 flare (R3-Strong) occurred at 01/0249 UTC from a currently unnumbered active region just rotating onto the visible disk in the solar NE (top left). Analysis will be conducted on any CMEs associated with this flare as imagery becomes available. Stay tuned to our webpage for updates.
