R3 (X1.3 Flare) Radio Blackout Observed on 7 Sep at 1436 UTC

An X1.3 / 2b flare (R3-Strong radio blackout) occurred on 07 September at 1436 UTC. The source region for this flare was Region 2673. A narrow, slow-moving CME was observed with this event, but was determined to not have an Earth-directed component.
